Want to talk to someone about menopausal health?
One of the core services of Women’s Health Concern, the patient arm of the British Menopause Society, is to support women through the provision of telephone advice.
This offers answers and suggestions to alleviate your concerns – help that is timely, sympathetic and practical. Often what you, the patient, need is helpful guidance to address a particular matter which may be causing you stress and worry.
The charity receives no government funding and depends on private donations and grants to carry out our wide ranging work.
Any telephone advice is intended to complement that of your family doctor. We will not have your full medical history to hand so any advice given will be general.
Please select the required duration for a confidential telephone appointment with our Menopause Specialist Nurse Kathy. Once payment has been completed at The British Menopause Society’s PayPal page you will be redirected to a page on the WHC website to complete a form, including your preferred days and times for the appointment. Kathy will then email you to confirm your appointment.
All administration for Women’s Health Concern, including finance, is undertaken by the British Menopause Society and as such, any receipt for payment will reflect this.
If more than 30 minutes is required, we recommend a face-to-face consultation and suggest a referral to a healthcare professional local to the caller.
