Serves 6


300g wholemeal flour
6 tbsp sunflower oil
25g sesame seeds
25g linseeds
20g poppy seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp sodium bicarbonate
1 tbsp malt extract

Mix the seeds with the salt and sodium bicarbonate. Add the seeds, salt and sodium bicarbonate to the flour. Mix well. Mix the oil and malt extract. Gradually add the oil to the flour mixture to make a dough. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface. Cut in to 3cm squares or use a cookie cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F/180C/Gas 4 for 10 minutes.
