Women’s Health Concern aims to provide you with a service to meet your needs, with relevant support and unbiased and accurate advice.
Comments on WHC services
Your comments and feedback are very welcome. Your input helps us to understand how we are performing and gives us a basis for future planning.
If there are any comments that you wish to make that could help contribute to Women’s Health Concern offering a better service, these would be most welcome.
Also if you are pleased with the information and help you have received, please do let us know. Our staff love to know that they are doing a good job – and we can also pass on your feedback to our trustees.
Occasionally things can go wrong
There may be times when you feel that the service you have received has been less than satisfactory and you would like to comment.
Please do talk about your concerns first with our staff. They may be able to sort out the problem at the time or they will make a note of your comments to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If, however, you wish to make a formal complaint then you should send a letter to Women’s Health Concern. An investigation will start as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive a full, written reply on completion of the investigation, and within four weeks of the receipt of the complaint.
What if you are still dissatisfied?
If you still do not feel that your complaint has been fully addressed, you will be advised on further options.
Writing to Women’s Health Concern
