Post reproductive health for today’s clinicians

‘Largest annual conference in Europe on menopause and post-reproductive health’

An educational meeting to bring you up to date with management of the menopause and all aspects of post reproductive health.

Presented by leading experts from the UK and internationally.

Overview: The BMS is delighted to offer their 30th BMS annual scientific conference as a virtual meeting this year. The virtual format offers you all the benefits of high-quality BMS education whilst recognising the current challenges we are all facing.

A full programme of lectures will provide up-to-date, evidence-based menopause and post reproductive health education. Health professional delegates will also have access to a virtual exhibition of pharmaceutical and healthcare companies showcasing their latest products, with literature and short videos.

Delegates will have access to pre-recorded videos of lectures, with lecture slides, from 1 June to 31 August 2021 via the conference platform.

A live, interactive conference day will then be held on Thursday 1 July 2021. We are delighted to welcome Professor Martha Hickey from Melbourne Medical School, University of Melbourne in Australia who is delivering the BMS Annual Lecture: Management of menopause after cancer and Dr Marla Shapiro CM, Professor, Department of Family and Community Medicine/Preventive Medicine, University of Toronto, Canada who will give The Pat Patterson Memorial Lecture: HRT and breast cancer: Understanding and communicating the risk.

The live conference day will provide delegates with an opportunity to ask questions and reinforce their learning. It will also include the ever-popular BMS debate. This year’s somewhat controversial topic is This house believes that HRT can be taken by women living with breast cancer.

Whilst we will miss welcoming delegates in person again this year, the virtual BMS annual scientific conference will provide a comprehensive range of lectures to broaden your knowledge of post reproductive health and it carries 12 CPD credits.

We hope to see you again in person next year!
