Are you a midlife woman experiencing perimenopause and frequently putting off tasks or delaying action?
A final-year MSc Psychotherapy student at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC) is looking for participants for qualitative research exploring how midlife women experience and understand procrastination during the menopausal transition.
The study aims to explore women’s individual experiences and perspectives. It may help to identify areas for future research and provide insights for professionals supporting women during perimenopause and menopause.
There is currently limited evidence about any specific relationship between menopause and procrastination. This research is intended to explore women’s experiences rather than establish that menopause causes procrastination.
