The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has issued new guidance on menopause in the workplace, setting out employers’ legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010, today.

There is a need to raise awareness of menopause in the workplace and it is important to have a national platform to support both employers and employees.   The EHRC guidance sets out legal obligations for employers and provides advice on how they can best support their staff.
