As a result of the Covid 19 pandemic, many menopause services have changed their service provision to either telephone or video consultations where appropriate in order to offer alternatives to face to face appointments thereby helping to minimise patients’ hospital visits.

The British Menopause Society (BMS) would like to find out more about your experience of these appointments during this time and to assess your views on the virtual clinic appointments and whether you found them helpful.
