A healthy menopause
Fresh fruit salad with linseeds and soya yoghurt
Serves 6
200g seedless grapes
2 bananas
2 pears
2 apples
2 oranges
200g of fruit in season such as strawberries, blueberries, melon
2 tablespoons linseeds
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot water
Serve with soya yoghurt
Mix the honey with the warm water in a large bowl. Prepare the fruit and add to the bowl including any juices.
Add berries and soya yoghurt just before serving.
