How much Omega 7 should you take?
The recommended daily intake (2 capsules) contains 1000mg sea buckthorn oil. Each capsule contains 150mg omega-7, 90mg omega-6, 70mg omega-3 and 60mg omega-9. Omega 7 is free from artificial colouring, sugar, yeast, lactose and gluten free. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
