Email advice

A confidential question-answering service via email managed by a team of experienced nurses and medical advisers.

We regret that from 21 July 2009 a small charge has been introduced. A minimum donation of £5.00 is needed to help offset the costs of providing this service. The charity receives no government funding and depends on private donations and grants to carry out our wide ranging work.

We understand if you decide not to donate and emphasise how sorry we are that the service cannot continue to be provided free. You may find the information you require in the Health information section under Fact sheets or Frequently asked questions.

Clicking on the 'Donate' buttons below will take you to the PayPal website where you will be able to makeyour donation online.

Upon completion of the PayPal transaction you will automatically be transferred to the Email advice form where you can submit your question.

We aim to respond to your emailed question within 48 hours. Regrettably, we are unable to offer an emergency service but recommend you contact your own GP or health advisor if you require urgent advice.
