Penny JunorBest known for her royal writing and broadcasting, Penny has been writing well-respected, best-selling biographies for over 20 years and is much in demand as a commentator on royal events. She also writes and broadcasts about consumer affairs and travel, and has spent many years interviewing and profile-writing in the national press. Penny is also a Samaritan volunteer and patron of the Cirencester Eating Disorders Association.

Gilly Andrews RGNGilly is a menopause specialist nurse at the Lister Hospital and also nurse consultant in reproductive and sexual health at King's College Hospital, London. She lectures nationally on menopause and contraception issues, and is editor of a major reference and textbook for nurses, Women's Sexual Health (3rd edition 2005). She was a council member of the British Menopause Society from 2000 to 2006 and is a trustee of the National Association for Premenstrual Syndrome. |

Sara MogerAfter 11 years of commercial marketing, Sara was appointed head of fundraising, marketing and communications for the Lord's Taverners in 1993. She has remained in the third sector ever since, forming her own charity consultancy, Event Appeal Limited, with a co-director in 1999. Clients have included the Army Benevolent Fund, Hilton in the Community Foundation and Cobra Beer Limited. Sara Moger was appointed Chief Executive of the British Menopause Society in June 2007. |

Dr Margaret UpsdellMargaret qualified in medicine in Liverpool and has a postgraduate diploma in venereology. Now retired from clinical practice, she worked on women’s health throughout her career in the community, hospital and, mainly, general practice. Her particular interests include family planning, sexual health, cervical cytology and colposcopy, and menopause. She was involved with the British Menopause Society (BMS) from its inception in 1989, acting as honorary secretary for 11 years, deputy director for six years and regional meetings coordinator for two years. She has been a trustee of BMS and then of Women’s Health Concern since September 2000. |
