Nurse advisers

Training

All our nurses have professional qualifications.  They receive regular updating and are encouraged to attend courses, seminars and specialist training days.

There is frequent informal contact between nurses to discuss current issues and case studies.  Nurses consult with members of the WHC medical advisory panel whenever necessary.

Study days

Twice a year the WHC team of nurses meet centrally for a formal study day with guest speakers.

30 November 2007

The study day was generously supported by an education grant from Proctor and Gamble. It was held in the boardroom of R.P. Cushing Recruitment, Elizabeth House, Waterloo, London, courtesy of Paul Cushing, Women's Health Concern trustee.
